How long will my snappy's take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your snappy’s journey. Typically, orders take 2-5 business days, and will be shipped within 48 hours of your order.

Do we ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally yet. We are working on expanding our reach.

Absolutely! Our snappy's works best on smooth, flat surfaces. It’s compatible with most cases made of hard plastic or silicone. Just make sure the surface is clean and dry before applying.

How strong is the suction? Will it hold my phone securely?
Our suction technology is designed for a reliable hold during selfies, filming, and everyday use. For best results, ensure the surface is clean and press firmly when attaching. Please expect larger phone models (Pro Max and Plus) to hold for less time.

How do I clean my snappy case or snappy accessory?
Simply wipe your snappy case or accessory with a damp cloth to remove dirt and lint. Since silicone naturally attracts lint, regular cleaning will help keep it looking fresh and cute!

Will the suction work on textured or curved surfaces?
For optimal hold, we recommend using the suction on smooth, flat surfaces like mirrors, windows, or hard plastic cases. It may not stick as well to textured or curved surfaces. Please always ensure it is attached to the surface before letting go.

Can I leave my snappy case or snappy accessory attached for long periods?
While our suction accessories are designed for long-lasting use, they’re not permanent. Avoid leaving them unattended for extended periods to maintain their effectiveness.

What should I do if the suction loses its hold?
